Amazon delivery issues

Some users are experiencing delivery issues using a custom 'send from' address. We suggest you:

  1. Change the 'send from' address in settings to 'kindle@fivefilters.org'
  2. Add 'kindle@fivefilters.org' to your Amazon Kindle approved list
